Jenna

Jenna Mooney has been a practicing chiropractor in this community for over 20 years. Her approach to care has always included patient education on the importance of self-care. She believes a personal yoga practice is an important part of a self-care program. Jenna trained at Frog Pond Yoga Center and received her 200-hour certification in 2013 and went on to study under Patty Townsend at the Yoga Center of Amherst to attain an additional 300 hours of study in the therapeutic approach of Embodyoga in 2017. She regularly attends continuing education training and workshops to help her be a more effective yoga teacher and private yoga trainer as well as enhance her own 20+ year personal practice.
