Join Ashley Valeri for this six week “Love Yo’self Workshop” series. You’ll enjoy a themed writing prompt journal exercise, followed by a 60 minute feel good yoga flow, finished off with a guided meditation and/or breathing exercise. Let’s welcome in the new year with a fresh perspective and a chance to put your best self forward.

Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of your core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Pilates promotes a strong mind-body connection, perfect if you enjoy yoga but need to change up your core exercises.

Join Jenna Mooney, Chiropractor and Yogi, as she takes you through a safe practice with focus on a different body part and mechanics each week for 6 weeks. Her experience as a chiropractor and yogi will allow you to explore how your body fits into each asana (pose) using your own adjustments to get the most out of your practice.

Offered in-studio only (minimum of 5 and maximum of 7 students). Masks must be worn and 6′ apart. 10% discount to YAH members (please inquire as transaction will be handled manually).
