Special Classes & Workshops

Join Mary Waight for a journal-writing experience in this season of thanksgiving. In this workshop, you will reflect on the lessons of the past eight months…what we have all learned, how we might have changed, and all we intend to be. Writing, more than anything, is an act of discovery. Let’s explore this unique experience with gratitude and hope. All you need is an open mind, a journal and a pencil. Workshop will include gentle asanas and meditation to coincide with the journaling. Cost is $25/pp (7 maximum & masks required).

Always wanted to try yoga but don’t think you’re flexible enough? Or, do you feel intimidated about going to a yoga studio? This 6-week course introduces yoga to the layperson. We will focus on how to make yoga poses fit your body and not the other way around. With this class specifically for beginners, you will be surrounded by people also new to yoga as we all cultivate a supportive, non-competitive and judgement-free environment. You don’t have to rock a pair of yoga pants – just wear comfortable clothing. Students are encouraged to bring a mat, water and a sense of humor!

This workshop offered in-studio (maximum of 7 people). $85.00 for 6-week series.
