Special Classes & Workshops

Veterans join us for a 6-week Gentle Yoga practice, with a focus on breath, asanas (poses) and meditation, all leading us to a place of strength, stability, flexibility and mind/body connection.  Yoga for Warriors will be offered both at Veteran’s Homestead (“live”) and virtual (zoom).  Pre-registration required and DD214 must be submitted prior to first class.

Mondays, 5:00pm-6:00pm April 12-May 17th.
Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of your core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Pilates promotes a strong mind-body connection, perfect if you enjoy yoga but need to change up your core exercises. 
 
Thursdays at 6:15pm Included with your YAH series/membership or $15 drop-in.

Experience a Yoga for All practice in the beautiful setting of Hollis Hills Farm, a family-owned farm located at 340 Marshall Hill Rd., Fitchburg, MA. There will be plenty of room to rest your mats, and following practice, enjoy a $5 coupon for food or retail.  This is the time to grab your friends and enjoy the morning surrounded by beauty, on and off the mat. $20.00 and pre-registration required.

This is the time to grab your friends and enjoy some outdoor fun and relaxation. Pre-registration required.
