Amanda dabbled in yoga for years before finally becoming a serious practitioner and deciding to become a lifelong student and teacher. She loves yogic philosophy and readings as well as the physical and mental practices of all kinds. Amanda is a registered RYT200 Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance, obtaining her 200hr certification from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA. She is also certified in Yoga Nidra from the ShivaShakti School based in Maine. She hopes to continue on her yoga journey always learning more and spreading her knowledge and teachings to others. Using mindfulness exercises, asana, meditation and various kinds of physical practice in her teachings.
In her free time, she loves teaching her two young children about yoga and mindfulness, writing guided meditations, painting, spending time outdoors and enjoying all the seasons and weather that New England has to offer.
