Amanda T

Amanda dabbled in yoga for years before finally becoming a serious practitioner and deciding to become a lifelong student and teacher. She loves yogic philosophy, readings and the physical and mental practices of all kinds. She is currently in her 200hr training and will graduate from Frog Pond in Princeton, MA in June. Amanda recently became certified in Yoga Nidra in March of 2019. She hopes to continue on her yoga journey always learning more and spreading her knowledge and teachings to others. Using mindfulness exercises, asana, meditation and various kinds of physical practice. In her free time she loves teaching her two young children about yoga and mindfulness, spending time outdoors and enjoying all the seasons and weather that New England has to offer.
